	The Company
	Our Company has been in business since 1993. The areas of our China operations expand gradually from tax to corporate service in the PRC, and from the Pearl River Delta in Southern part of China to the North, including Beijing and Shanghai. Taxation is one of our specialties. The evolving and complicated PRC taxation system has been hurdles to a lot of foreign investors doing business in China. In addition to a physical library including subscriptions and update services from the PRC State Administration of Taxation, we have an on-line tax and legal retrieval information directly from Beijing. The complexity of the PRC legal rules for customs practices is also an area of great concern to foreign investors. China Tax has extensive knowledge and practical experiences that help foreign investors who are new to China business solve the problems they will inevitably face in daily operations.

	Mr. Alfred Chan LLB (PRC Law), Tsinghua University, Beijing PhD Candidate, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics MA, AHKICPA, ACMA, ATIHK, CPA (Practicing) Cert. in China Tax, Accounting, and Economic Law Mr. Chan has over 20 years of commercial experiences in cross-border business between Hong Kong and Mainland. Mr. Chan is also the managing owner of K K Chan & Company, Certified Public Accountants, and the tax adviser of a large Hong Kong law firm. Zhu Ms. Zhu is a PRC lawyer who graduated from the Beijing University with an LLB and LLM degree, has over 15 years of experience. Ms. Zhu is a consultant of our company in China law. Mr. Ye Sao Dong Lawyer Ye is one of the partners of Guangdong Yeasun Law Firm. He has over 10 year of experiences in foreign-related legal matters. Mr. Ye is a consultant of our company in China business.
